Change, It’s an Adventure of a Lifetime! Embrace change as if it were a winning lottery ticket! Change is frightening and not many of us handle it well. Change is about loss and even positive transformations involve losses to be grieved. How we react to it is the first step in living our lives fully. With an ability to laugh at herself and use her life as an example, Gabrielle shares practical tools for going through the change process which will help you accept it and have hope for the future. Fear and change go hand-in-hand. The fears that hold us back are rarely the adrenaline pumping fears that occur when faced with danger. Instead they are figments of our imagination that prevent us from progressing through life; from being who we are meant to be. You have the choice to live in fear or to see it as an opportunity that will ultimately move you forward. When change and fear are exposed for what they really are—growth opportunities—you will gain a new perspective on life and will choose growth over fear. Why not embrace change and treat it as if it were a winning lottery ticket? You do have the power to change. Audience members will learn: The phases of the change cycle using the IRA change model How fears impact change How to manage change better To accept change more effectively

What is Your Impact on the World? Live your Legacy No matter what you do or how you do it, you leave an impression with people. What impressions are you leaving with people? How do you impact your world? Each day provides the opportunity to leave a mark—one that we want to have on the world. In this program, Gabrielle shares how powerful intentional impact can be. Participants learn about first and lasting impressions, understand how responsibility and accountability play a role in impacting others, and explore what their living legacy can be. You will take a closer look at your own attitudes, values, and passions and how you touch others when you share them. As long as you’re alive you will have opportunities to impact other people. And our impact on others will impact someone they know and so on until many people are touched. It’s called the ripple effect and it’s real. While a legacy is generally spoken of someone after they die, you will have the chance to develop your own “living legacy.” A living legacy allows you to choose how you impact the world—to be intentional and responsible with your actions and words. And Gabrielle takes you one step further to help you claim and live your legacy everyday, all of the time. Participants learn: What makes up first impressions Their “ripple effect” on others How to claim and use their impact Plus: Everyone will write their own living legacy
