Sexual Harassment Training Protect your employees, your reputation and your bottom line As an employer, you are legally obligated to create and maintain a workplace that is free of sexual harassment. Not complying with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act can result in a hostile work environment, poor employee morale, low productivity and costly lawsuits.
